This central Alberta town with a population of just over 1,000 people is a hidden gem commonly referred to as the little town with a big heart!
During the summer, every Saturday the towns population doubles with visitors from near and far. The Bentley & District Farmers’ Market boosts 100+ vendors, both inside and out. Shop fresh produce, baked goods, specialty food products, handmade gifts, food trucks and so much more at this market. The market opens at 2pm and closes at 4pm.
The town is not at a loss for character and entertainment. Smack dab in the centre of town is the Monkey Saloon. You will often find the streets lined with motorcycles or snowmobiles and live music pouring out of the open doors that welcome you to come join and enjoy. Famous for their Monkey Caesars and $5 wing nights (Wednesday & Thursdays)!
