Rodeo is happening on Saturday, August 18 to Sunday, August 19 at the Alix Agricultural Grounds. The Alix Agricultural Society is putting on a beer garden, concession, and free camping!
The Saturday schedule starts with slack a 9am, mutton busting at 12pm, rodeo starts at 1pm, and there will be a concert at 9pm featuring Jake Matthews and Karac Hendricks. Rodeo starts at 1pm on Sunday.
The Alix rodeo is offering one day passes for $10, two day passes for $20, concert tickets for $35, or a full weekend pass for $50. For information about the rodeo and/or tickets call 403-350-3427. Tickets are available at Alix Home Hardware, Alix IDA Drugs, Jones Boys Red Deer & Ponoka.
