Our serviced (upper campground) campground has 37 sites which includes power hook-ups, picnic tables, shower & washroom facilities. Cost is $20/night. Our unserviced (lower campground) campground is nestled in trees and includes access to washrooms and showers at the serviced campground. Cost is $15/night. Both campgrounds are open from May 1st until early October. First-come, first-serve and self-registration is in effect.Lacombe boasts some of the finest playing fields in Central Alberta. With six diamonds at Michener Recreation Area and four at Kinsmen Ball Park Lacombe lends itself well to tournaments large and small. Amenities at Michener Recreation Park include camping, group camping, a concession area for rent, washrooms, playground, horseshoe pits plus a motel and gas bar/convenience store in the immediate area.location: 5 minutes off of Highway 2 on Highway 12, across from the Golf Course
